Navigating The Life of Depression and Anxiety

To deal with my mental health issues I decided to write out my feelings. Hopefully help me cope with all the obstacles I have dealt with through out my life.

I have been living with depression and anxiety for many years now. Since I lost my four kids to CPS for mistakes that I made in life. After I lost my only daughter and last baby my depression became worst. The lowest part of my life I turned to things that I regret. I’m working to make myself better everyday little by little. There are some days that is hard to get through because I miss my babies more than anything.

Therapy had helped me a lot while I was going through all the CPS cases. Then I spoke with my doctor and he prescribed me with medication. The first medication had made my depression worse and my husband said I wasn’t the same person. I reached out to my doctor and was told to stop it immediately. The new medication I take helps me at times.

If you are or someone you know that is struggling with depression or anxiety. There is hope and you don’t have to go through this thing we call life alone.
